My name is Pierina, and my dream since childhood has been to become an ambassador and to travel the world. Today, that dream has evolved to be an ambassador for promoting culinary traditions worldwide. In 1992, my personal journey abroad began in Maryland, USA, where I was hosted by an amazing Indian family who quickly became my second family.

In 1998, I was led into the fascinating world of the wine industry where I got my start working in the US market and all levels of the three-tier-system. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work closely with wineries all around the world of all sizes with each winery focusing on projects distinct to their region.

In the US I dedicate my time promoting the wineries I represent, by educating others on wine and how to pour the perfect glass. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling the world to meet producers, learning about vinification and the importance of soil and grapes, and tasting wines straight from their tanks. I have always valued fully understanding how wines go from grape to bottle and to the dinner table.

Every country has amazing wines created by passionate producers. Part of the fun is discovering them and sharing their story and product with the world.
